Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner (bi-lingual)

About the role

Jaza is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner to drive hiring across new African markets. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for every new employee while reflecting Jaza’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, operational and business roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, university partnerships and niche job boards.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews and guide them through the hiring process.
• Design and execute a comprehensive pre‑onboarding and onboarding experience, coordinating with hiring managers and functional leads.
• Monitor new‑hire progress during the first 30‑60‑90 days and flag any risks.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview design and decision making.
• Document and improve recruitment workflows aligned with the PeopleHum ATS.
• Produce internal job bulletins and new‑joiner announcements to promote internal mobility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Ability to work fluently in both English and French.
• Experience leading onboarding processes and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably PeopleHum.
