Senior Enterprise Sales Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

Our client, a leading regional ICT solutions provider, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth in Tanzania. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding enterprise and public sector accounts for high‑value ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and public sector customers.
• Build and manage strategic customer accounts, nurturing relationships with C‑level executives and government stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including complex bids, tenders and procurement processes.
• Position and sell ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with technology partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of ICT sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise and public sector sales within Tanzania.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software and digital transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
