Sales Specialist – Ceramic, Tiles & Sanitary Ware

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who has hands‑on experience with ceramic, tiles and sanitary‑ware products. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and consultations to support the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and develop strategies to generate new leads.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close high‑value deals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, pricing and competitive positioning.
• Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full sales pipeline in the CRM, update client information and prepare forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up, resolve issues promptly and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales or technical support, preferably in a tiles showroom or FMCG, ceramics, construction or building‑materials environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (experience with either is a plus).
