Sales Executive – Tanzania

About the role

We are seeking a highly ambitious Sales Executive to drive new‑business acquisition and high‑value deal closure across Tanzania. The role offers direct mentorship from the board and shareholders, positioning the successful candidate for future senior leadership such as Strategic BDM, Head of Sales, or Chief Sales Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressively hunt for new accounts using market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Close high‑value deals to ensure consistent revenue growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and develop go‑to‑market strategies for emerging opportunities.
• Drive business development with large enterprises and public‑sector clients, understanding their procurement cycles.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for high‑growth markets in Africa.
• Engage with multilateral organisations (World Bank, IFC, EU, USAID, etc.) to generate revenue opportunities.
