Sales and Recovery Internship – Multiple Locations

About the role

This Internship Academy Programme offers recent graduates a structured pathway into banking, focusing on sales and debt recovery. Interns will be placed in branch centres across Tanzania, working alongside experienced branch managers and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new customers (Sales Interns).
• Promote bank products and support customer acquisition.
• Assist in achieving branch sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection activities (Recovery Interns).
• Conduct customer visits, negotiate repayments, and maintain recovery records.
• Monitor portfolio quality and help reduce delinquency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or recent graduate‑level professional.
• Ambitious and motivated to build a career in banking, sales, or collections.
• Willingness to work on‑site at assigned branch locations.
