RTM Analyst

About the role

The Route to Market (RTM) Analyst will support business growth by generating insights and identifying strategic opportunities through data analytics for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyse quantitative data from ERP, CRM and Distributor Management System to resolve master data queries.
• Act as the main contact for the sales team on RTM, tech sales and customer master data questions, providing training and audits at customer sites.
• Develop and deliver analytics reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Provide insight to improve RTM performance, including distribution model, customer compensation and credit management.
• Collaborate with finance and PPM teams to manage distribution‑related trade programmes and support ad‑hoc requests from trade marketing and high‑end teams.

Required profile

• University/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering analytics dashboards and working with distribution in FMCG.
• Strong data and analytical skills with a track record of delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to connect data with strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server).
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
