Revenue Assurance Executive – Telecom (Dar es Salaam)

About the role

Airtel Africa is seeking a motivated Revenue Assurance Executive to join its Tanzania team. The role focuses on safeguarding revenue, identifying financial leakages, and supporting data‑driven decision making within the telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain RA compliance above 99% for GSM services and apply Revenue Assurance SOPs to mitigate emerging risks.
• Detect, investigate and close revenue leakages, and uncover missed revenue opportunities.
• Perform data mining, analysis and reporting using DBMS tools; monitor key revenue and subscriber KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly and provide regular performance reports.
• Support major system launches by conducting risk analyses and ensuring first‑time‑right implementation.

Required profile

• Graduate with an ICT degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecom, ICT or billing assurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
