Relationship Manager – Mining, Metals, Power & Renewables

About the role

Manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Mining & Metals, Power & Renewables sectors, originating high‑value transactions and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep sector expertise, monitor industry trends and produce market intelligence.
• Identify, originate and lead structured finance, project finance, syndicated lending and capital‑raising transactions.
• Act as primary relationship contact, cross‑sell lending, transaction banking, trade finance, treasury and risk‑management solutions.
• Maintain regular contact with CEOs, CFOs, treasurers and project sponsors, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with product specialists to design optimal funding and product solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, project finance or relationship management.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue, profitability and return‑on‑capital targets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in credit risk assessment.
