QSHE Supervisor

About the role

The QSHE Supervisor will lead a team of quality, safety, health and environment professionals to ensure that raw materials and finished products meet strict standards, while maintaining GMP and GHP compliance across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a “Safety First, Quality Always” culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing quality team, including hiring and training.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, SSOP, allergen and sanitation programs.
• Own customer complaint investigations, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Oversee inspection processes for raw materials and finished products.
• Provide regular quality training to plant staff on GMP and QMS/FSMS principles.
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews and trend analysis to guide improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality and safety, preferably in a multinational food, ingredients or pharmaceutical company.
• Relevant certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP and Lead Auditor are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an added advantage.
