PR Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Energy Storage

About the role

The PR Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for energy storage and solar module solutions across selected African markets. Reporting to the regional commercial team, the role focuses on building customer relationships, expanding market presence and achieving sales targets for renewable energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for energy storage and solar module products in the assigned market.
• Identify and engage new customers, distributors and strategic partners to broaden market coverage.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulations and provide intelligence to support regional growth.
• Prepare regular sales, market development and activity reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience, with at least 2 years in energy storage, solar or photovoltaic sectors.
• Fluency in English and the relevant local language, with willingness to travel regularly within the market.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of energy storage technologies.
• Expertise in solar photovoltaic and module products.
