PR Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Energy Storage

About the role

The PR Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for energy storage and solar module products across a selected African market (South Africa, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, or Zimbabwe). You will build customer relationships, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth for a global renewable‑energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for energy storage and solar modules in the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Maintain and grow existing commercial relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and deliver business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulations, and customer feedback.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to support regional growth.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Prepare regular sales, market development, and activity reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve commercial or technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overseas sales experience, including at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic or related renewable‑energy sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing new market opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently on‑site.
