Partnerships Success Lead – Tanzania

About the role

The Partnerships Success Lead will be the primary steward of Turaco’s collaborations in Tanzania. You will nurture partner relationships, ensure smooth operational delivery, and guarantee that every partner derives clear value from working with Turaco.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with partners at all levels, from senior executives to field staff.
• Serve as the main liaison between Turaco and partners, maintaining transparent communication and regular engagement.
• Conduct check‑ins, field visits, and performance reviews to strengthen collaboration and satisfaction.
• Understand each partner’s business model and co‑create solutions that drive mutual value.
• Coordinate partnership launches and product rollouts, aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Address and escalate partner challenges promptly, working with internal teams for resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for underwriters, regulators, and industry groups in Tanzania.
• Provide market intelligence on new entrants, competition, legislation, and compliance issues.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment management for all partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with off‑grid asset finance firms, MFIs, tech‑forward insurance companies or high‑growth asset‑finance startups.
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong operational knowledge of financial inclusion, micro‑finance, agricultural networks or mass‑market fintech platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite executives and field teams.
