About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery – start‑up, shutdown, and continuous running.
• Manage waste, perform brand and pack changes, and conduct first‑level maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and follow health‑safety legislation.
• Monitor process performance, conduct quality checks, and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers, support problem‑solving, and contribute to commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a Mechanical or Electrical trade.
• Ability to work shifts in a packaging process environment.
• Alertness to out‑of‑control situations and strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and disciplined work ethic.
