Packaging Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging Operator to run and maintain our packaging line, ensuring consistent product quality and high throughput while minimizing waste. The role is essential to keep our production flow smooth and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, shutdown and operation of packaging machinery, including waste management.
• Execute brand and pack changes on the line.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and perform first‑level cleaning and maintenance.
• Monitor process performance, conduct quality checks and take corrective actions when needed.
• Track production inputs, report deviations and support problem‑solving initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Trade Test in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in a packaging process environment.
• Attention to detail and quick response to out‑of‑control situations.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
