Manager, Real Estate

About the role

SBA Communications, a publicly traded global leader in wireless infrastructure, is looking for a Manager, Real Estate – International to lead real‑estate initiatives across its assigned markets. The role directs a team of specialists, analysts, coordinators, contractors and land agents to secure, optimize, renew, extend, acquire and manage real‑estate assets that support the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute real‑estate strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for acquisition, renewal and asset optimization.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, property owners, local communities, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations, lease management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive cost‑effective portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure real‑estate assets support operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading real‑estate teams in a corporate environment.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of commercial real‑estate transactions and lease structures.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented setting.
