Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager

About the role

The Manager, Management Information Systems will support the Finance function by delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information. This role focuses on financial analytics, business intelligence solutions and reporting automation to enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and analytical models for budgeting, forecasting and regulatory reporting.
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions that consolidate data from multiple source systems.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Provide financial analytics and performance monitoring to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk and control standards in all reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Finance MIS, financial analytics, business intelligence or data analytics, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and multiple source systems.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and dashboard development.
