Junior Accountant

About the role

A client in the manufacturing and production sector is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join its finance team. The role supports day-to-day financial operations through data entry, debt collection, stock control and branch reconciliations, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions accurately and promptly into the system
• Communicate with clients about outstanding payments and collections
• Monitor and control stock records to ensure accuracy
• Perform branch reconciliations to support financial integrity
• Assist in preparing financial reports and required documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards
• Provide general support to the finance team on related assignments

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role; entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills will be considered
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communication, especially for debt follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
