International Sales Manager (Africa)

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Manager to lead our market expansion across Africa. The role involves driving sales of our smart energy, cable, battery and airport solutions, gathering market intelligence, and managing the full sales cycle to meet KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct international market sales of products across the African region.
• Collect and relay market information, including customer needs, project details and partner relationships.
• Achieve targets for net profit, shipments, receipts, receivables and customer development.
• Promote business expansion and negotiate cooperation agreements in line with KPI performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum two years of overseas sales experience.
• Strong English interpretation and translation abilities.
• Familiarity with overseas laws, customs regulations and related business knowledge.
• High pressure resistance and willingness to be stationed abroad for extended periods.
