HR Manager – Strategic Leadership & Talent Management

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic human resources initiatives across its global operations. You will be responsible for aligning workforce planning with business objectives, overseeing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce plans, managing recruitment for senior and critical positions.
• Design and lead onboarding programs that embed new hires into the company culture.
• Own the annual performance appraisal cycle, training line managers on feedback and performance management.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Lead end‑to‑end monthly payroll preparation, including statutory deductions, overtime, and leave adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, pensions, and bonuses.
• Collaborate with Finance on salary reviews, company car allocations, and expense reimbursements.
• Ensure all HR policies, contracts, and handbooks comply with local labor laws and are updated annually.
• Conduct disciplinary hearings and grievance procedures, providing guidance to managers and employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to partner with finance and operational teams.
