About the role

A highly organized and service‑focused Restaurant Manager is needed to oversee daily restaurant operations within a hotel setting. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, drives team performance, and optimizes revenue while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flows and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests professionally.
• Develop and implement service procedures, SOPs, and promotional activities.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and operational planning.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
• Monitor revenue, control costs, and support upselling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in staff supervision, team development, and guest service excellence.
• Expertise in revenue management, upselling strategies, and SOP implementation.
• Knowledge of reservation and seating coordination, hygiene, safety, and compliance management.
