About the role
Lead the implementation of the Ecosystems strategy across the country, driving aggressive client base growth and integrating financial services across business units.
Key responsibilities
- Drive consistent implementation of the Ecosystems strategy and toolbox.
- Engage and leverage all business units to unlock value chains and deliver integrated financial services.
Required profile
- First degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in ecosystems, business & commercial banking.
- Proven expertise in business banking, product knowledge and data‑driven insight generation.
