Graduate Management Trainee – Tanzania

About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program at AB Inbev is a 12‑month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders in Tanzania. Participants rotate through front‑line sales, supply‑chain operations and a third business‑driven assignment, gaining hands‑on exposure to the company’s strategic pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a front‑line sales rotation, engaging directly with customers and distributors.
• Undertake a supply‑chain rotation, supporting brewery operations, logistics and inventory management.
• Participate in a third rotation aligned with business needs, which may include category growth, digital initiatives or process optimisation.
• Collaborate across functions, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Prepare for a full‑time placement in either the Sales or Supply‑Chain team after program completion.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in diverse front‑line environments (field office, brewery, etc.) and relocate as needed.
• Demonstrated ownership, collaborative mindset, problem‑solving ability and speed of execution.
• Passion, curiosity and ambition to become a future leader in a global company.
