About the role
The GA Operations Project Manager will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of sales operational excellence across the region. This role combines project management, account management and administrative oversight to ensure high‑quality delivery of sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain sales SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Maintain customer databases and process project information for field teams.
- Create and analyse operational sales reports, providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute sales projects, defining objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
- Monitor field staff work quality, taking corrective action when needed.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring trade visit reporting and client retention.
- Develop administrative systems, submit reports, and manage expenditures and assets.
- Oversee budget monitoring for operating expenses and specific project budgets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales operations and project management.
- Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, expenditures and asset compliance.
- Excellent coordination with field teams, clients and internal departments.
