Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, ensuring cost efficiency, and upholding Hyatt brand standards across all outlets and banqueting services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of restaurants, bars, room service and banqueting facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and control costs.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and quality in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Lead, coach and develop the F&B team to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in food service, with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Demonstrated leadership and customer‑service orientation.
