About the role
CCBA is seeking a Fleets Team Leader to join its Supply Chain team in Mbeya, Tanzania. Reporting to the Country Lead Fleet, the role focuses on managing regional fleet execution to ensure targeted vehicle availability.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage vehicle downtime.
- Conduct fleet inspections and audits.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance.
- Oversee licensing of vehicles.
- Ensure fleet safety, health and environmental compliance.
Required profile
- Ability to manage regional execution to achieve targeted vehicle availability.
