Finance & Administration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Finance & Administration Officer to support our office operations and financial administration in Dar es Salaam. The role works closely with senior leadership, especially the CEO, to drive business growth and investor engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office administration and operational coordination.
• Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations and produce administrative reports.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and preparation of financial documentation.
• Prepare and organise internal finance and office records.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and provide executive administrative support.
• Collaborate with the CEO on investor engagement, relationship management and capital‑raising activities.
• Assist in creating presentations, proposals and materials for potential investors.
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in finance and administrative operations.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Interest or exposure to investment, capital markets or financial services is an advantage.
