Drill Product Master

About the role

Sandvik Mining & Construction Tanzania is seeking a Drill Product Master to act as the technical liaison between the Sales Area and the EQ Product Line/Factory. You will support customers in the mining and construction sectors, ensuring product performance, warranty handling, and continuous improvement of drilling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on Machine Life Operating Cost (MLOC) for drilling equipment.
• Assist in investigating warranty claims proactively and reactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and second‑line troubleshooting for drill products.
• Collect and record technical feedback from the sales territory into the company database.
• Make recommendations based on analysis to improve customer service and internal processes.
• Adjust and calibrate systems on client equipment as required.

Required profile

• Technical background related to drilling equipment and services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, service managers, and product line engineers.
• Proactive attitude toward problem solving and continuous improvement.
