Direct Sales Agent – 100 Positions Nationwide

About the role

EXIM Bank Tanzania is looking for 100 Direct Sales Agents to join its nationwide network. The agents will be the front‑line representatives who promote the bank’s products and services, attract new customers and help grow the institution’s market share across all its branches.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell EXIM Bank’s financial products to individuals and businesses.
• Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Qualified and motivated individuals with a strong interest in banking sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a branch team.
• Willingness to travel to different branch locations as needed.
