Delivery Leader – Government Policy Implementation

About the role

Delivery Associates is seeking a Delivery Leader to work from Dodoma, Tanzania. You will partner with national and local governments to design, test and roll‑out policies that improve public services, with a focus on health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior government officials, partners and experts to co‑create delivery‑oriented strategies.
• Collect and analyse data to identify bottlenecks and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Coach and mentor client teams to ensure implementation of measurable results.
• Design, sequence and execute prioritized reforms aligned with government priorities.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing workshops and problem‑solving sessions with local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering policy‑driven projects, preferably in the health sector.
• Strong track record of working with government ministries or public‑sector agencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first, globally distributed team.
