Country People Lead – Tanzania

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a senior HR leader to drive the People agenda across Tanzania. The Country People Lead will partner with the country leadership team to translate business strategy into people strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen culture, and deliver world‑class employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Country Leadership Team to develop and execute people plans aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Lead the implementation of the People Cycle, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Leverage employee engagement surveys and people analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans.
• Champion AB InBev’s culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and retention programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure high‑quality recruitment and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or fast‑growing environment.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and people analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills.
