Corporate Teacher – Food Safety & Production Training

About the role

The Teacher will join KISUSI PARTNERS SL in Dar es Salaam to design and deliver training programmes for staff across the food production site. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on food safety, production processes, workplace skills and company policies, ensuring a high level of competence throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and training materials tailored to diverse learner groups.
• Conduct classroom sessions and practical workshops on food safety, production standards and company procedures.
• Assess learning outcomes, provide feedback and maintain accurate training records.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Support continuous professional development and promote a culture of learning.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and teaching with proven experience delivering structured learning programmes.
• Ability to plan, organise and adapt training activities for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Relevant academic background in Education, Training or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.
• Experience in workplace or vocational training, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to documentation.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, cross‑functional environment.

• Proficiency with basic digital tools for creating presentations and tracking learner progress.
