Corporate Communications Coordinator

About the role

PZG Impact Communications (PZG PR) is looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to manage and deliver communication services for a diverse portfolio of Tanzanian clients, including Miss Universe Tanzania, Stanbic Bank Tanzania, and Vodacom Tanzania. The role combines coordination, content creation, community management, and client servicing to ensure high‑quality output and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external project workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality across design, marketing, and subject‑matter teams.
• Develop written communication assets such as proposals, speech notes, media releases, thought‑leadership pieces, communication kits, website copy, newsletters, flyers, brochures, video scripts, and training materials.
• Provide copy‑editing and proofreading support to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct research—including literature reviews, surveys, focus groups, and interviews—to inform content development.
• Design and execute social‑media plans, manage influencer programs, create and schedule posts, and oversee community engagement metrics.
• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, handling client communications, status reporting, meeting coordination, and financial oversight.
• Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and support event logistics for both client and internal activities.
• Produce monthly communication assets and deliver at least six strategic plans or proposals per month.
