Budget & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Budget & Reporting Manager will lead the preparation, monitoring and analysis of the company's financial plans, budgets and performance reports. This role works closely with department heads, shareholders and the finance team to ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and long‑term plan in collaboration with heads of Sales, Income, OPEX, CAPEX and Working Capital Requirement.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, dashboards and KPI analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the accounting closing timetable, manage FI & MM periods in SAP and ensure accurate NOI estimates.
• Coordinate investment, working capital and statutory reporting (EWURA) and reconcile data with SAP.
• Support ERP projects (SAP, E‑LUBE, E‑FUEL, MY EPROC) and handle related tickets.
• Monitor sales, margins and pricing updates in SAP, ensuring compliance with budget and regulatory targets.
• Validate OPEX & CAPEX purchase requisitions, perform fixed‑cost analysis and oversee the Cost Agility Program.
• Prepare business reviews, ad‑hoc analyses and respond to internal/external information requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting and KPI management.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/MM modules and ERP environments.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
