Audit Trainee FY26 – Assurance Internship in Dar es Salaam

EY Tanzania is offering a structured internship as an Audit Trainee for the FY26 intake, based in Dar es Salaam. The programme targets fresh graduates (class of 2025 or 2026) and provides hands‑on professional services experience within the Assurance service line, supporting the development of human talent in Tanzania.

Required profile

• Eligible academic fields: Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, IT, Actuarial Science, STEM, Law or related disciplines from recognized universities (including Tanzanians who studied abroad).
• Bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of ≥ 3.8.
• Secondary education: Minimum Division Two in both O’ Level and A’ Level, with credits in Mathematics and English.
• Professional qualifications: CPA or ACCA graduates or candidates in progress are given an advantage.
• Core competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, strong critical thinking, analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Applicants must successfully pass formal interviews and assessments conducted by a group of managers.
• The application pack must be merged into a single PDF and include a brief application letter (max 3 pages), a 2‑page CV, copies of O’ Level and A’ Level certificates, university degree certificate or statement, academic transcripts, birth certificate, passport or national ID, and any additional certificates or awards.
