Africa Regional Pioneer – CPaaS & Sovereign AI

About the role

hSenid is looking for a senior, commission‑only pioneer to open doors for its CPaaS and Sovereign AI platforms across Africa’s telecom, banking, fintech and government sectors. The role is freelance and focuses on high‑value enterprise deals ranging from $500,000 to several million dollars.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage C‑level decision‑makers at telco operators, banks, fintechs and government agencies.
• Present hSenid’s CPaaS and AI solutions using custom pitch decks, case studies and technical demos.
• Facilitate introductions, discovery meetings and proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with hSenid’s commercial team to structure, negotiate and close contracts.
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity, operator strategies and procurement cycles.

Required profile

• 20+ years of enterprise B2B experience in telecom, BFSI or government technology within Africa.
• Proven track record closing deals above $100,000.
• Prior experience with MTN, Airtel, Safaricom, Ethio Telecom or equivalent operators, or with Tier‑1 banks/fintechs.
• Active C‑level network in at least one target market and trusted by decision‑makers.
• Self‑directed, entrepreneurial, comfortable with commission‑only compensation.
• Based in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania or South Africa; English required, French preferred.

What we offer

• Commission of 8–15% on Year 1 contract value plus 3–5% recurring from Year 2.
• Uncapped earning potential; top performers can earn $200,000–$500,000+ per year.
