Accounting & Credit Analyst – Financial Accounting

About the role

The Accounting & Credit Analyst will support the finance team by managing customer debit and credit notes, monitoring receivables, and assisting with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer debit and credit notes based on approved requests.
• Review customer account balances, investigate outstanding items and track payment promises.
• Monitor overall receivables, highlight problem areas and support the credit control manager.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, including journal vouchers and financial postings.
• Perform routine account matching, reconciliations and prepare quarterly account statements for balance confirmation.
• File CTF forms, debit/credit notes and related documentation in the shared drive.
• Raise tax invoices for hospitality, solar and shop‑food‑services sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or ACCA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP accounting modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
