Sales Coordinator - Pensioner Portfolio

About the role

The Pensioner Portfolio Sales Coordinator will drive acquisition, activation and servicing of pensioner customers for NBC across assigned regions. The role involves regular visits to pension fund offices, government and employer locations to identify and convert prospective pensioners into bank customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pensioner acquisition activities with branches, DSAs, LG teams and pension fund offices to meet segment targets.
• Prepare lead lists, follow up on leads and monitor onboarding queues to ensure timely account activation.
• Maintain acquisition dashboards, trackers and performance reports, escalating issues as needed.
• Organise and support pension‑related initiatives such as clinics and activation campaigns, handling logistics and material preparation.
• Resolve customer and branch escalations by liaising with Operations, Digital channels and other relevant teams.
• Track dormant pensioner accounts and coordinate re‑activation plans with sales teams.
• Develop weekly execution plans for field visits and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience in sales coordination, preferably within banking or pension services.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to manage dashboards and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior managers, branches, DSAs and external pension institutions.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholder relationships and drive initiatives to completion.
