Process Artisan – Manufacturing (Mbeya, Tanzania)

About the role

The Process Artisan will join the Manufacturing team at Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa in Mbeya, Tanzania. Reporting to the Maintenance Controller, the role focuses on operating the process area, performing non‑destructive quality checks and carrying out routine maintenance to ensure smooth production and asset care.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the assigned process area strictly according to work instructions.
• Execute non‑destructive quality inspections on product and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and related assets.
• Support the asset‑care programme by monitoring equipment condition.
• Document operational activities and maintenance actions accurately.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene and environmental standards at all times.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or process‑operations environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a shift schedule in an onsite production facility.
