About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this remote position you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts, and initiating meaningful contact across phone, email and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify leads using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven outbound sales, lead generation or business development experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Reliable high‑speed internet and backup power supply.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
