Process Operator

About the role

Join a global leader in beverage production as a Process Operator, responsible for operating and maintaining the packaging line to ensure optimal equipment performance. You will work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment where safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, shut‑down, and run packaging machines safely and efficiently.
• Execute brand pack changes and perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Verify correct set‑up and operation of equipment on a regular basis.
• Monitor process performance and report deviations.
• Support training, coaching, and development of operational teams.
• Assist in problem‑solving activities related to the packaging process.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects to enhance process capability.
• Coach and assess staff as needed while maintaining a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a packaging process environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Demonstrated competence on at least two machines.
• Strong vigilance, quick decision‑making, and manual dexterity.
• Proven track record of meeting performance standards (SAB).
