About the role
The Senior Key Accounts Manager will lead the relationship with head‑office and multi‑outlet accounts, handling the most significant and sophisticated customers for East African Breweries PLC. The role focuses on driving growth across the total alcohol portfolio while ensuring excellent service and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Embed Everyday Minimum Execution Standards and ensure timely resolution of key‑account complaints.
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with key accounts, defining and delivering medium‑ and long‑term business plans.
- Set customer trading terms such as bonuses, credit and discounts in line with finance guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging trade trends and generate innovative ideas for strategic accounts.
- Achieve sales objectives including availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and pricing targets.
- Ensure compliance with Diageo Marketing Code, COBC and corporate guidelines.
- Consolidate insights and data from the Key Account team and provide regular reporting to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
