Senior Director of Sales

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead revenue generation for both the Serengeti Safari Lodge and The Westcliff Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive market share, guest satisfaction, and brand strength across luxury hospitality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that exceed financial targets and grow market share.
• Manage all sales segments and channels, leveraging on‑property resources and sales engines to deliver results.
• Deploy and coach the sales team to focus on appropriate market segments.
• Analyze market data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in regular forecast preparation, including catering revenue projections.
• Assist in creating the annual commercial plan and ensure execution across all market areas.

• Proven senior‑level experience in sales leadership within luxury hospitality or related tourism sectors.
