About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Restaurant Administrator to support our client’s hospitality team in Iringa. The role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced environments and have solid experience in restaurant operations, administration, inventory coordination, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities within the restaurant.
- Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
- Prepare operational reports and related documentation.
- Support logistics, scheduling, and stock coordination.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment control.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, or stock management.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools.
