Reservations Supervisor

About the role

JAZ Hotel Group is looking for a full-time Reservations Supervisor to join its on-site team in Michamvi Kae. The role is responsible for overseeing the daily reservations function, handling guest enquiries and ensuring bookings are accurate to drive high occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the reservations team’s daily activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and manage booking requests across all JAZ brands.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and optimise occupancy levels.
• Handle escalated customer-service issues and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with front-office, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reservations management or similar hospitality booking functions.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Leadership ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Required skills

• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and software.
