About the role
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our client’s office in Zanzibar. This role offers a great entry‑level opportunity for a recent graduate eager to develop a career in administration and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Schedule appointments and support day‑to‑day administrative coordination.
- Handle basic documentation, filing, and office paperwork.
- Provide support for daily office operations as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduate – fresh talent is encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
