Operations Specialist

About the role

Palmpay is looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business operations across its fintech platform. You will coordinate processes, analyse performance, and support cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance and organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise daily operational workflows across departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for compliance and auditing.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, HR and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for management.
• Assist in vendor management, procurement and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration or process management within fintech or banking.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
