Odoo Consultant & Developer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Odoo Consultant & Developer to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will work directly with clients to uncover operational challenges, translate requirements into scalable Odoo solutions, and deliver measurable value through hands‑on development and strategic consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate client discovery workshops to map business processes to Odoo modules and workflows.
• Serve as the primary client interface throughout the implementation lifecycle, from needs assessment to go‑live and post‑deployment support.
• Analyze client data and existing system configurations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and QWeb to meet functional requirements.
• Configure core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, HR, and Payroll.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demo environments, and project documentation for technical and executive audiences.
• Develop integration pipelines between Odoo and third‑party systems via REST APIs and JSON‑RPC.
• Conduct user training sessions and produce end‑user documentation to drive adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and consulting (preferably Odoo 16‑18).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, presentation, and communication skills, able to engage at operational and C‑suite levels.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
