Performance Metrics Officer

About the role

The Performance Metrics Officer will support monitoring, reporting and data quality for the MEWAKA program in Tanzania. Working closely with the Performance Metrics Coordinator and frontline teams, you will help ensure accurate and timely program data across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, track and clean program data from field sites.
• Support daily reporting and ensure data submissions are complete and on schedule.
• Maintain and use monitoring tools and systems for data management.
• Generate regular performance reports for program stakeholders.
• Collaborate with frontline teams to improve data collection processes.

Required profile

• Passion for youth employment and education initiatives in Africa.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Experience in data collection, monitoring or reporting in program settings.
