About the role

The Graduate Supply Chain program is a 12‑month rotational opportunity within Barrick’s Bulyanhulu mining operations. Graduates will gain hands‑on experience across key supply‑chain functions while contributing to safety, efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day supply‑chain activities, including inventory management, procurement and logistics.
• Support cross‑functional projects that drive operational excellence and sustainability.
• Rotate through core departments such as warehousing, planning and distribution to build a holistic understanding of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop fit‑for‑purpose solutions for a rapidly evolving mining environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication, analytical and teamwork abilities.
