CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our Customer Relationship Management system. The role involves maintaining accurate customer data, analysing behaviour, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor customer interactions and regularly update records.
• Generate reports and analyse customer data to support business decisions.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Support sales and marketing teams with segmentation and campaign management.
• Track and evaluate CRM performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide CRM system training and support to users as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM management, customer service, sales support or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
